Australia will be playing in the final of the International cricket tri-series on Sunday, regardless of what happens in today’s game with India.
The Aussies take on India in Sydney today having already secured a place in the final of a tournament they are hosting after beating England by three wickets with one ball to spare on Friday.
The One Day International tournament sees India, Australia and England go head to head and play each of the other sides twice, before the two sides with the best record meet in the final.
Australia squeezed past England on Friday thanks to a century from captain Steve Smith. His big innings helped Australia past a target of 304 to win, which was built on an innings of 141 from England’s Ian Bell.
The organisation and communication were first class. The flexibility in travelling to the destination was impressive and the hotels where we stayed in were all of a good standard. Our Coach was driven by Ken, who was a character and nothing was too much for him.
