On our initial call Vicky patiently answered our questions re the Uzbekistan holiday. She gave us practical advice on the many aspects of the holiday we were wondering about. Her advice gave us the opportunity to reconsider the timing of our proposed trip without any pressure to make a decision right away. Vicky called back later with more details of flight times from our preferred airport. We were happy to then make the booking and are looking forward to our 2027 holiday.
