Once we were speaking to Vicky, we felt much more confident booking our bucket list holiday to Australia and New Zealand. She was extremely helpful trying to accommodate our limits and phoning us back and giving us as much time as we needed. Also when we spoke to the excursions team regarding our ‘Freedom Days’ the staff member (so sorry, I can’t remember her name!) was also very nice to speak to and very helpful and not rushing me. Overall a great experience - once we had Vicky on the phone. Prior to Vicky, we had spoken to a couple of people who we didn’t find helpful at all Of course, we haven’t been on our holiday yet! The only other thing I would say is that it would be great if DJ would have been helpful to get down to Heathrow

Great service when booking next years Uzbekistan trip. Jack organised flights to suit us from Edinburgh, liaising with their Aviation team and getting back to us really promptly. Have used DJ before and going to Nepal this year with them so would highly recommend.
