This delicious, half-day experience in Siem Reap is held at an organic farm supported by an organisation promoting economic revival through the creation of small family enterprises in the agricultural sector.

After being picked up from the hotel, we begin the class with a visit to a local fresh market, where you can experience the hustle and bustle of the morning rush. From here, transfer to the organic farm to pick fresh ingredients directly from the grounds. This farm lovingly cultivates crops without the use of hormones, synthetic fertilisers or pesticides. They specialise in heirloom varieties of seasonal vegetables such as tomatoes, cucumber, squash, spring beans, aubergines and lettuce – the food creation possibilities are endless!

A talented team of local chefs will then lead the class to create Khmer culinary delights whilst sharing their knowledge about Cambodian culture and how it intertwines with the local cuisine.

Sit down to enjoy a satisfying lunch made up from the morning’s creations before returning to the hotel. This is a truly unique and authentic experience complete with stunning views of Cambodia’s beautiful countryside.
