Dining options

There is a variety of excellent places to eat and drink at the Lotus Blanc Resort Siem Reap, so there is something suitable for every occasion. Start your day with an extravagant buffet breakfast in Le Blanc. Le Blanc is also open for lunch and dinner with an a la carte menu blending Khmer and Western cuisine, and features an open kitchen so you can see the chefs at work. Enjoy your meal here either in the restaurant or out on the pretty terrace.

For a fine dining experience, visit the Damnak Lounge, which also offers indoor and outdoor dining. Its classy interior hosts a gourmet dining experience, specialising in modern Khmer cuisine, including prime beef cuts for two, delicious soups and glazed meats and seafood. Delicious steaks and seafood can also be enjoyed at the Damnak Steakhouse, an Italian-style steakhouse with local influences, specialising in sous vide, grill and braise, paired with an excellent wine selection.
