Dining options

Offering both casual and more formal dining options, there are two great places to dine at the Kanazawa Tokyu Hotel.

Marais d’Or is an all-in-one restaurant, lounge and bar offering all-day dining and a selection of hot drinks, soft drinks and alcoholic drinks. Fuel up for the day at the buffet breakfast, offering a range of cooked breakfast and continental options, as well as freshly made omelettes, warm pastries and a selection of juices. At lunch, choose from one of three set menu options, all also including a soup, salad and dessert: a fish or meat lunch, an ensemble lunch, or a steak lunch. For dinner, choose from an a la carte menu offering grilled steaks, burgers, fish and seafood. Top it all off with a drink from the bar, offering a variety of sakes, whiskies and cocktails, including their very own original Marais d’Or cocktail.

You can also dine on cuisine from the local Kaga plains at the Kanazawa Tokyu’s Japanese restaurant, Kincharyo, offering panoramic city and garden views. A Japanese breakfast of fish, rice and dipping sauces is a great way to start your day here, while for lunch and dinner, sample some Japanese favourites such as vegetable tempura and deep fried seafood.
