Day 25: Mararikulam, 3 nights
As our travelling companions depart for Cochin airport and their flight home, we journey to the sea-side fishing village of Mararikulam. Our home for the next three nights is the Marari Beach Resort. Set amid 30 acres of coconut groves and organic farmland and with direct access to the beach, settle into our individual thatched villa and prepare to relax.

Day 26: Mararikulam
Our day is at leisure to spend as we please. Marari is a nature lover’s paradise and the resort offers a host of activities. Maybe take a morning stroll with one of the resident naturalists, or perhaps discover more about the delicious food at Marari Beach Resort with a walk through the hotel’s organic gardens. Pick your own fruit and vegetables and let the team of talented chefs work their magic!

Day 27: Mararikulam
Another day in paradise! Ayurvedic medicine is rooted at the heart of Indian culture and at Marari Beach Resort you can learn more about this ancient treatment and perhaps enjoy a traditional Ayurvedic massage. Other activities include an early morning yoga session, or you could enjoy your last day taking a cooling dip in the green waters of the hotel’s saltwater pool and a stroll along the golden sandy beach.

Day 28: Depart Cochin / Arrive UK
We bid a sad farewell to Kerala and India today as we travel to Cochin Airport to begin our journey home to the UK. Our flights arrive into the United Kingdom later today.

Prices: Prices are per person based on two people sharing a twin or double room.
Single occupancy supplement: £345 (October 2023 to March 2024). £245 (April to September 2024). £345 (October 2024 to March 2025). £245 (April 2025).
Minimum numbers: A minimum of 2 guests from the tour is required for this extension. If only one passenger is taking the extension a higher single supplement may be applicable.
