After an educational trip to the market, you’ll get to use some of those ingredients first-hand over in the Chinese cooking class at the cookery school. Following their demonstration, you’ll prepare and cook the ingredients in a Chinese-style kitchen, with the chef on hand to offer any assistance. The dishes are simple to make and suitable for all abilities, even if you seldom cook at home.
