- Enjoy an additional afternoon safari in Yala National Park
We can head back out in the afternoon into Yala National Park. Covering 97,800 hectares, it is Sri Lanka’s second-largest and most famous park. Home to a wide range of wildlife, including elephants, sloth bears, crocodiles and wild boar, the park is renowned for having the highest density of leopards per square kilometre in the world. While leopards are elusive, an additional afternoon safari offers another good opportunity to observe these magnificent predators, alongside other wildlife in their natural habitat.
