Overview
Highlights:
- Visit the Great Barrier Reef
- Take in the amazing marine life
- See vibrant coral gardens
Arriving at the floating pontoon, set within a natural lagoon fringed by colourful coral, you will be welcomed by marine biologists, dive instructors, qualified lifeguards and attentive cruise staff, all eager to introduce you to the extraordinary beauty of the Great Barrier Reef. For those tempted by the underwater world but unsure about traditional diving, the Seawalker Helmet Dive offers the perfect balance of adventure and ease.
This unique scuba-style experience allows you to descend to a depth of 3.5 metres below sea level, where an underwater walkway leads you amongst vibrant coral formations and shimmering reef fish - all without getting your hair wet. Accompanied throughout by an experienced PADI dive instructor, you can relax and fully enjoy this remarkable encounter with the reef’s marine life. A professional photographer will also be on hand to capture those unforgettable moments beneath the surface.
Please Note:
A medical declaration will need to be completed before diving. It is recommended for you to review Part A of the medical checklist prior to booking as you may be required to obtain medical clearance from a doctor before participating.
