Soak up the spirit and grandeur of the Australian Outback as the setting sun explodes in a ray of colour in the great expanse of the Northern Territory sky. Spend the evening enjoying traditional outback cuisine in the remote East MacDonnell Ranges, gathered around a cosy campfire. You will not be left hungry as you tuck into scotch fillet steak, prime beef sausages, steaming hot potatoes, an array of fresh salads. This is followed by a delicious dessert of baked hot rum and raisin damper with outback cream served with a delicious cup of billy tea. Throughout the night, under a canopy of stars, listen to a bush balladeer, as they sing traditonal Australian songs. Sharing tales that go beyond traditional folk stories, providing a rare insight into the early ways of the Australian Outback Cattleman.
