Discover the flavours of Peruvian cuisine with a hands-on cooking class led by a skilled chef. Pisco tastings and lessons on how to make Peru’s most famous cocktail, Pisco Sour, as well as Chilcano de Pisco, set the scene along with treats of creole and Novo-Andina small bites to whet the appetite. For those who dare, delicious offerings like cuy (guinea pig) and alpaca are there for the tasting. Craft a classic ceviche using fresh fish from the coast and finally, prepare ‘lomo saltado’, a well-loved Peruvian stir-fry. This six-step course offers an introduction to Peru’s rich culinary traditions, including tastings of tropical fruits and Andean superfoods, and leaves you with the skills to prepare Peruvian specialties at home.
