Starting from Port Moreno, cruise on the Canal de los Témpanos, Lago Argentino, in Los Glaciares National Park. Gaze at the impressive northern face of the Perito Moreno Glacier as you slowly follow the entire length of the wall of ice. Stop in front of the glacier’s 'rupture zone', where large chunks of ice break off regularly. Take in the quiet beauty of the icy surroundings and feel the peaceful silence that surrounds you. If luck is with you, ice calving will break the quiet, sending chards of ice into the icy water below. Nature’s theatre - beautiful and unforgettable.
