Start by exploring the bustle of a local market, where we can select our fresh ingredients, fragrant spices and get a glimpse into the region’s unique ingredients and their place in everyday Sarawakian cooking.
Next, guided by your local hosts, we head to the kitchen to cook up a five-course meal that celebrates Borneo’s distinctive flavours and cooking techniques. Finally, we take our seats and sample the fruits of our labour, enjoying a delicious meal together of traditional Bornean dishes. You’ll leave equipped with detailed recipes and new-found skills to recreate these tasty dishes back home.
