Enjoy a Dutch over cowboy-style BBQ dinner near the boat launch site on the Colorado River. This mighty waterway helped carve a number of the American Southwest’s National Parks, and this evening you will have the chance to take a jetboat ride up and down the Colorado. Flanked by incredible sandstone walls on either side of the river, rock with red, orange, brown and pink hues tell the story of the area’s natural geology. Your local guide will also point out where ancient native people carved petroglyphs into the rock, adding a beautiful dimension of human history to the canyon walls.
