We begin by exploring the cacao trees themselves, learning how the pods are cultivated and harvested in this vibrant tropical ecosystem. We then discover the traditional methods used to ferment, dry and grind the beans, perfected over centuries. As we are guided through each stage of chocolate production we gain a unique insight into the craftsmanship before we taste the rich, complex flavours.
