Exceptional tour that I would highly recommend.with one small caveat, the suggested leisure time was compromised by the pure logistics of the tour..
Grand tour of India
Every aspect was amazing, highly recommended
Golden Triangle and Ranthambore
Excellent value for money with superb local guides. Hotels are well chosen and comfortable often centrally located
Grand Tour of India with Kerala Beach Extension
One of the best holidays I've been on, every day was different. Great hotels and tour leader.
Temples and Tigers
Excellent all around. Very comfortable hotels, good balance of tourism and enough relaxation time. Fantastic guide who was very knowledgable, engaging and flexible to take in diversions to accommodate the group’s wishes.
Golden Triangle and Ranthambore
Great experience all the way through - even though the weather was against us on the safari it didn’t ruin our experience Go with an open mind about a third world country and you will benefit from the experience Highly recommend
Golden Triangle and Ranthambore
The whole experience from sart to finish was excellent. The hotels were luxurious and the holiday completely met our expectations. The local guide was absolutely amazing
Golden Triangle and Ranthambore
It was extremely well organised from start to finish. We covered a lot of ground, and spent quite a while in the coach travelling from place to place, but I was prepared for this. There were one or two things I would have preferred to have done differently. For example, the holiday could have been organised in such a way as to see the Taj Mahal at sunrise rather than sunset, which was unremarkable. There was time in the morning, and we could have left the hotel very early, but instead we spent a good hour that morning at a marble factory, where the staff tried to persuade us to buy tables costing thousands. Likewise, on other days we were taken to see jewellery, or carpets. Fine if you are interested in those things, the vast majority were not. The two safaris at Ranthambore were fascinating, but the group felt the afternoon one, an hour longer than the morning one, was too long. However, all in all I felt this was an excellent tour and a fascinating introduction to India.
Golden Triangle and Ranthambore
Holiday was extremely well organised. The guides were very knowledgeable. Fair play to the driver for getting us from city to city as the traffic is utterly manic. My criticism would be that we were taken to a marble factory, a jewellery factory and carpet factory which were not listed on the itinerary. The purpose of the visit to these factories was to sell to the tourists. In future these visits should be an option. Also on the itinerary it said we would visit India gate and all we did was drive past it with the coach slowing down for us to see it.
