This day tour from Perth offer visitors a unique opportunity to interact with dolphins in their natural environment. You may see mothers nursing their calves, discover how they use stingrays to catch their dinner or simply just watch them frolic in the ocean.
The tour includes a transfer from your Perth hotel and begins by cruising Rockingham’s sheltered bays and islands in search of the local dolphins that the boat’s crew have come to know will be there. Once the dolphins are located, the boat’s engines slow and the onboard helpful crew will ensure you’re fully prepared to enter the water.
The dolphins don’t do tricks and you won’t feed them, but you simply spend some time enjoying their company – they are treated with respect and you will be asked to approach your dolphin encounter with caution.
You don’t have to be an expert swimmer to join in and no previous snorkelling experience is necessary. The professional and friendly crew conducts introductory snorkelling lessons and have an excellent track record of helping nervous or less experienced swimmers through the experience.
