Spend an enjoyable few hours cruising along the Saigon River as the sun sets, with a cocktail at a riverside restaurant included too. After departing from Tan Cang pier, we’ll take a look at the most important bridges across the river: Saigon Bridge, the main gateway to bustling Ho Chi Minh City, and Thu Thiem Bridge. Cruising through Vietnam’s leading urban complexes, Vinhomes Central Park and Vinhomes Golden River, we will see modern HCMH reflected in its gleaming skyscrapers. Our journey takes us past Saigon New Port, Vietnam’s biggest container terminal, and alongside Dong Tay Boulevard, one of Vietnam’s longest and most modern boulevards.
As we head further along the river, we will see glimpses of the traditional Vietnamese life of those who live on the river, and learn how the fishermen ply their trade. By contrast, our cruise will also take us past lavish and elegant riverside villas, before we arrive at the restaurant to enjoy a cocktail (or mocktail) while looking out at the river. Our evening cruise draws to a close as we disembark back in the city.
